We know there are some issues with the cashless refunds. It was possible to ask a refund till July 31, and refunds were supposed to be paid after that period (as from August 1st onwards). As we had a lot of requests, we decided to already pay the first refunds last week. Unfortunaltly, there was a problem with these early payments and that issue was out of our control.
All refunds have now (August 1st) been made by our partner Playpass. We will send a personal mail to all people requesting a refund to thank them for the (long) waiting time and we will include an extra bonus for 2018!
We’ve listened to your comments and requests and we promise to you that we’ll make every effort to make those changes and more next year.
